DO YOU PROVIDE CHILDCARE?Yes, we provide child care for children up to five years of age during the annual conference. Our goal is to support families by offering a safe and nurturing environment for young children while parents and guardians participate in the sessions. If you have any specific questions about child care arrangements, safety measures, or check-in procedures, please let us know!

WHO SHOULD ATTEND THIS CONFERENCE?Anyone invested in the life and mission of the church should consider attending an annual conference with church leaders and members. This includes: Pastors and Church Staff – To gain encouragement, training, and renewal for ministry. Elders and Deacons – To grow in leadership and better serve the congregation. Ministry Leaders and Volunteers – To be equipped for effective service in areas like worship, discipleship, outreach, and administration. Church Members – To deepen their faith, be encouraged, and engage in the church’s vision and mission. Aspiring Leaders – Those considering future ministry roles can benefit from learning and networking. Young Adults and Students – To be discipled and encouraged in their faith journey. Missionaries and Church Planters – To gain insight, resources, and connections for their work. Ultimately, anyone with a heart for growing in Christ, serving His church, and being part of its mission would benefit from attending.
-
DOES THE CONFERENCE PROVIDE MEALS?Yes, the conference provides meals. We offer breakfast and lunch on Day 2 to ensure attendees are well-fed and can focus on the sessions without worrying about meals. If you have any dietary restrictions or special requests, please let us know in advance!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THIS CONFERENCE?There is no set dress code for the conference. Attendees typically wear anything from sports coats to t-shirts, so feel free to dress comfortably.
